We produce sheets directly in standards that meet our customers' requirements, including APET/GPET/CPET/PP/PS/MULTI LAYERS SHEET/EVOH. Our versatility in manufacturing allows us to cater to a wide array of specifications.
THERMOFORMING DEPARTMENT
We specialize in various plastic trays, clear PET cups, and industrial trays (PLASTIC TRAY / CLEAR PET CUP / INDUSTRIAL TRAY). Our high-performance thermoforming machines mold and transfer simultaneously, ensuring astounding product specification accuracy.
VACUUM AND PRESSURE FORMING DEPARTMENT
Our department produces high-quality plastic products in large quantities, including various plastic trays, food containers, and industrial trays (PLASTIC TRAY / FOOD TRAY / INDUSTRIAL TRAY), utilizing the pressure and vacuum of high-performance automated vacuum forming machines.
PRINTING & PACKING INSPECTION DEPARTMENT
We handle CLEAR PET CUP printing, product inspection, and packaging (PECT CUP PRINTING / PRODUCT INSPECTION & PACKING). After the primary manufacturing process, products move to a secondary packaging inspection process, where they undergo a detailed and precise quality inspection before packaging.
